Depending on his position, and yours, I would ask him to first refer to any written instruction before he call the supervisor, and if then if all else fails, then escalate it to you. That way, another person will see how often he calls you, and you’ll have proof that this person goes too far. If his phone calls are usually personal calls that have little to do with work, tell him that you are only accepting phone calls for business during these hours. If none of this works, tell him the truth. Tactfully tell him that on your time off you prefer to not hear your cell phone, anything he can do to help you with this would be appreciated. I’m not sure what phone service you have, but on my cell phone (Sanyo, Sprint), you can screen your incoming calls. So if it’s an important call you can listen, then take it, if not it goes to voicemail.

Add him as a secondary driver on the policy you will be taking out on your bike. Have him pay the difference. If you do not add him as a secondary driver then do NOT let him ride the bike because if he gets into an accident as you didn’t declare another rider in the household then your insurer will deny the claim and cancel the policy.

No one is trying to cover up anything. Either (a) someone was not listening carefully and did not hear you say that it was non-custom, or (b) someone made a mistake and said something incorrect, but later forgot what they told you.

It is not your money.

You cannot get the money from the insurance company because it is not your money.

Did you get the neighbor to tell their story to the investigating officer that showed up when you reported the car stolen? Did you keep the report number that the responding officer gave you? Did you record the incriminating phonecall for your lawyer? Did you get a deposition from the driver’s frind that states how he leveraged the driver’s friendship to get him to steal a car? Did you request a printout of the GPS to prove that ALL the tow-trucks were SOMEWHERE else besides your neighborhood at the time the Neighbor claims? Did you get a copy of the report and check it for accuracy? Your lawyer can go after the City Towing Co whom will go after their own employee.

Your car registration and license do not determine where you file. Since you lived in each state for part of the year, you need to file two separate “part-year” resident returns, one for each state. Unrelated to this, you may also be required to pay a fine to MD for not changing your license and registration. Also unrelated to taxes, it is now illegal for you to drive in states that require all drivers to have a license from the state where they live. You must not drive in any state where a license from a state where you no longer live is not valid.

In HTML it doesn’t really matter the case of the tag itself, but the attributes themselves can make a difference.

All pages that will be viewed by users should have meta tags so the search spiders can properly crawl the pages and index them accordingly.

Bodily injury coverage is for those innocent persons who sustain bodily injury AS A RESULT OF YOUR NEGLIGENCE. The generic answer to your question is YES, your passenger has a bodily injury claim against YOU, that is offset by the Medical Payments. Your passenger has a 1st party claim under Med Pay, but a 3rd party claim under your b.i. coverage.

However, whether a resident relative has a claim against you depends on the law of your state. In CA, they do not have a claim. In NV, they do have a claim. It’s called GBI, or guest bodily injury. If it’s a NON RESIDENT relative (brother,sister, cousin, grandparent), they do have a claim against you regardless. If it’s a spouse (you’re seperated), again, it depends on the law of your state regarding one spouse recovering from another spouse.

If the passenger is a non resident, non relative, they have a valid claim regardless.

Your agent isn’t the one to ask; the person to ask is the person who is handling your claim. Agents sell insurance, claims enforces the policy & are required to know the negligence laws of the state your policy was written in.
